BEFORE YOU BEGIN
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) required to place an order?
To place an order with us, a minimum quantity of 100 gloves of the same design is required. You can mix and match different sizes within this quantity.
Can I upload photos as part of my glove design?
We can only accept patterned designs for printing on gloves. Unfortunately, photographs or images cannot be directly printed onto the gloves.
Is there tiered pricing available for larger quantities of gloves ordered?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on the quantity of gloves ordered:

- 100 to 199 gloves: $14.99 per unit
- 200 to 299 gloves: $13.99 per unit
- 300 to 399 gloves: $12.99 per unit
- 400 to 499 gloves: $11.99 per unit
- 500+ gloves: $10.99 per unit
This tiered pricing structure allows you to save more as you order higher quantities of custom-designed gloves. Please note that these prices are per unit and apply to orders of the same design.
What is the typical lead time/delivery time for an order?
The lead time for production and delivery of your order is generally between 45 - 60 days. However, we go by the motto "under promise and over deliver." In some cases, gloves can be at your door within 30 days.
What are the recommended specifications for uploading design files?
For pattern uploads, we recommend using images that are 2000 x 3000 pixels in size. This ensures high-quality printing on your gloves. Additionally, please upload your company logo in PNG format with a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) for the best clarity and print quality.
What material options are available for the gloves
We offer AAA cabretta leather for our custom gloves.
How can I ensure the glove sizes will fit my team members correctly?
We recommend using our size chart to determine the best fit for your team members. You can also request a sample sizing kit to accurately measure glove sizes before placing your order.
What is your policy on returns or exchanges for custom-designed gloves?
Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed gloves, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.
Can I reorder the same design in the future?
Yes, we keep your custom design on file, making it easy to reorder the same design in the future. Simply contact our team to place a reorder.
